in year 2005. With experience in legal practice since 1996,
our pioneer Ms. Huei is knowledgeable in general legal
practices as well as in the specialized areas of IP law
above.
Our Vision Statement
Farming life-long creativity, research and development in
community through best practices in Law and Intellectual
Property.
In early 2007, we received a vision that we are to create a
Reservoir of Intellectual Property where people share their
creativity for the advancement of mankind. Protection of
Intellectual Property is required so that we can promote a
sharing community where various Intellectual Property rights
are shared, cultivated and harnessed to create more
inventions and ideas so that we have clear boundaries in
which we work without taking away the rights of our neighbor
and to help to be of one mind and none will lack or be poor.
In this manner, we will be able to build up the economy of
Malaysia and be involved in nation building.
We also received revelation that IP creation in Malaysia can
be nurtured and we believe in training SMIs and SMEs in our
developing market so we no longer import ideas, patents and
trademarks from overseas. We believe in the people of our
country, that as Malaysians we can create new products and
services that will be of value to the community and improve
the lifestyle of society and even export patents and
trademarks and other benefits to other nations.
